We are a team of research chemists dedicated to both chemical education pedagogy and chemistry research. In the lab, we combine experiment and computation to work on fundamental research projects that have a variety of applications in materials chemistry, drug design and environmental remediation. In the classroom we believe in the future of video instruction and the power of active learning strategies to create transformative learning experiences. 

As a group we believe in the immersion of both doctoral, undergraduate and high school students in authentic research projects and in that capacity we run an active research group comprised of graduate, undergraduate and high school students.
